“Windfall profits”
That’s a blast from the past that I had hoped I would never hear again. They must figure that nobody under 50 has heard it or remembers it.
This time they are ratcheting it up to the global scale.
I remember all that. My dad worked for an oil company from 1958 to 1991. The under 50 crowd doesn’t remember gas lines, rationing and odd/even days either.
