Pelosi condemns Azerbaijan over Armenia attack
ABC News ^ | September 18, 2022

The speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi, said Sunday that the United States deplores recent attacks by Azerbaijan and called for a negotiated solution to the countries' conflict.

Pelsoi's visit to the Armenian capital, Yerevan, with a congressional delegation came just a few days days after two days of shelling by both sides that killed more than 200 troops. It was the largest outbreak of hostilities in more than two years.

The two ex-Soviet countries have been locked in a decades-old conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh, which is part of Azerbaijan but was long under the control of ethnic Armenian forces backed by Armenia since a separatist war there ended in 1994.

She probably has more Armenians in her district than Armenia has in Karabakh.

Because there are more Armenians in America than Turks, the politicians have to bow to the Armenians.

This will end up being a wedge between America/Europe and Turkey.

So not only will our relations with Russia and China go sour, we can also add Turkey as well.

Personally I am OK with this. I'm not happy that Turkey is a member of NATO and would not like to see them become a full partner in the EU. It would only mean a flood of Muslims into Europe.

We can thank the Armenians for keeping Turkey at arm's length from Europe.

She is not. Armenia is run by an anti-Russian clown right now. He even organized a rent-a-mob for Pelosi, complee with Ukrainian and American flags chanting anti-Russian slogans.

Don’t know anything about this conflict but if Pelosi took a side you’d better believe it’s against our interests and within her financial interests.

That makes more sense...more puppet governments and provocations.

Stay out of it, Nancy.
We have enough trash in our own backyards, needing to be cleaned up.

Meh. Mrs rktman has nanzi beat by about 30 or so years. She was asked by a friend , after the USSR caved, to visit there and try to help teach and promote folks how to start and maintain private businesses on a contract with USAID. No easy task with the ingrained mind set of a lot of folks. They were there for a couple of weeks. Pre cell phone days so making contact was nearly impossible. The only call I got was one she was able to make out through the embassy and one other when she got to Paris on her way home. She took pride in what she did in a short amount of time. So nanzi, STFU.

There is a “World Order” and the US is expected to maintain it.

The USA is the new British Empire.
