Nat Gas pipelines on that scale are a years-long project, and this thing has been ongoing long before this war. Note: the Chinese pipeline draws from a different gas basin than the European pipelines.
The loss of the Euro market via Nordstream etc is a net loss.
Oil is a fungible commodity and Russia is selling into effectively a global commodity pool. There is no particular achievement in selling to India, other than India is getting something of a discount due to sanctions overhead, that is costing Russia.
