Its surprising he was such a good actor. He'd never acted before WW II as far as I know. Yet I liked every movie of his I've seen. And I think I've seen almost all of then. A great man.

One Memorial Day I was strolling through Arlington Cemetery when I saw down a path a simple cross surrounded by and covered with flowers and funerary items. Yes indeed, it was the burial place of Audie Murphy. He is not forgotten.
