At his very best, around 40 years ago, Biden was an imbecile. The dementia has not helped.

I remember watching Saturday Night Live decades ago, and they were lampooning Joe Biden even then. They portrayed him as an imbecile spouting nonsense. 1990's, 2000's, SNL knew he was stupid and an idiot.
