Get off social media, and go out and DO things..
Talk to people, actually TALK... not text.. and not about Politics or Religion...
Don’t want to be lonely? Do things and talk to people... Something that folks used to generally do naturally and learn to do just by living are now counter the normal experience as folks isolate more and more (and has nothing to do with the pandemic).
I will say a generation or more now raised with instant gratification and entertainment at their fingertips since birth are ill prepared to deal with the “real world”...
The real world has pauses... don’t grab your phone when one happens.... sit, observe, listen, engage... LEARN TO BE BORED.... Its okay to actually just be... not have stimuli... not be grossly engaged in something... Just BE....
