Vice President Harris on Friday said she is concerned about the integrity of the Supreme Court in the wake of the decision to strike down Roe v. Wade, which had protected the right to receive an abortion for decades.
“I think this is an activist court,” Harris told NBC’s “Meet the Press” when asked about her confidence in the court.

“Activists” are only bad when they’re doing it, right Kamala? Because you’re part of an activist government, but that’s not only ok with you, but even those who disagree with you should be sanctioned, arrested, or killed.

I would think that it would have been more to deliver an abortion to the fetus than to receive an abortion, but what do I know?
Well, I know that Kamala's shallow reasoning is shown when she uses the overturning of Roe as a sign of an activist Court. By definition the Court exercises power by abstaining from use of power. It defined its jurisdiction and power in Marbury by delineating what the Court has authority to do, and refusing to exercise powers beyond the Constitution. What the court did in overturning Roe was hand it back to the legislatures, and that has folks like Harris having a fit. They refer that an activist court overstep the boundaries in the Constitution and deliver their policy preferences from the bench.
She should be concerned about the integrity of Kamal Harris and the Biden administration.
No one in the government has integrity.
She’s correct. The Supreme Court failed to hear any cases by the States about the 2020 Presidential election, concerning election concerns. That was their job.
She’s 100% correct.
It’s her shoe box activism which forced legislation of Roe vs Wade.
It’s more like minority rights - rights that are God-given and cannot be taken away by a mob majority, which is what we are dealing with in the present. That pesky Bill of Rights stands in the way of the Left’s desire for a United States of a Socialist America.
We should kick all the leftists, who don’t believe in the Constitution or the law, off of the court and replace them with people who do.
This entire administration is upset with any who do not agree with their agenda and leftist idea’s. They do not want anything to stop them.
Integrity? Integrity in government? Kamala Harris is collecting a paycheck off of the taxpayers while sitting in a job she’s ineligible for since she’s not a natural born citizen because her parents were not U.S. citizens when she was born.

Terribly worried that USSC might have some integrity vis a vis the Constitution.
