How exactly did she serve her country well?

Well, I guess it's all relative.

She lived a full life having experiences beyond our imagination.

Her wisdom and knowledge is gone inside a moment.

Yes. Markle was supposed to be at that dinner with the royal family and President Trump but used her son as an excuse, even though a few weeks prior she had taken a long trip and was able to somehow survive being away from her son but couldn’t handle a few hours for dinner. Later it was revealed she refused to go because she refused to be in the same room as President Trump.

What, you curtsy to the queen, or a so-call royal family? While she may RIP, her inbred family should go. We got rid of them in the 1700s, should help everyone finally rid themselves of these people.

And the House of Windsor starts off Charles’ reign with a broken promise, with CPB named Queen Consort.

Saw this article, interesting as the question will be asked.

What Is Camilla Parker Bowles’ Royal Title?

Will Camilla Parker Bowles be queen? When a male ascends the British throne, he becomes His Majesty The King of England. However, his wife doesn’t exactly get a title to match. Instead, she could become either queen consort or princess consort.

At the time of their royal wedding — Prince Charles’s second — the public was a tad weary of Camilla becoming a queen. However, upon their marriage, Clarence House (their official residence and office) announced that Camilla Parker Bowles will go by princess consort when Prince Charles ascends the throne.

In college it was always “The keg is dead. Long live the keg!”

In all seriousness, thank you Queen Elizabeth II for a life of service. While no one is perfect, as a Princess you helped inspire your nation to fight on during the darkest days of World War 2, and as Queen you provided grace and stability through the many decades of change that followed.

I don’t believe in monarchy, but if all monarchs were like you, I might think differently. May your rest in peace.

May Queen Elizabeth RIP. I've always liked her and felt she was a class act.

I believe she is the longest-reigning monarch, at least in British history.

God save the Queen.

And God save Great Britain from its new King.

My son is there now for a wedding in London today.
I hope he has enough brains to keep it somber when he drinks at the reception, a stupid Yank making a dumbass flippant remark at the reception (which he does frequently as most 23 year old college students do) could get him a black eye.

Good news that Megain is not going to Balmoral. Will she have the nerve to go to the funeral? If she goes she will be very uncomfortable.

There were several reports that back in 2004, Charles had refused to come to Balmoral unless the queen allowed Camilla to be named queen consort.

Wow, she was England's Queen my whole life and I'm 71! RIP.
Technically not quite correct, as she became queen in 1953. I'm also 71, born in 1951. So by the time I was old enough to know there was a Queen of England, she'd been on the throne for years.

She was a model of public service, carrying on of tradition, and humility.

Just wondered. And now we are in for a month or so of unimaginable BS and glowing propaganda. Now anyone that complains about freezing in a woke police state, in the dark, hungry, with no gasoline will be reminded that they need to all pull together for the martyred queen, and of course... Ukraine.

I wish Thomas Paine was here to see it.
