Wouldn’t the Special Master have to see the original document citing the reason for the raid otherwise they would not know if documents and articles gathered were valid.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.U.S. Constitution, Amendment IV.
The 4th Amendment requires a showing of probable cause of a crime AT THE TIME of the search/seizure. Third-world dictatorships show all kinds of evidence after the fact.
But that is not how our Free Constitutional Republic works. The Constitution is essentially and anti-government and strict government-limiting document forcing the government to plainly show what they are up to BEFORE they attempt an search or seizure.
