Proud to say that I was working at Manned Spacecraft Center (later Johnson) during the Apollo program. We’ve been there. Nothing there. No reason to go back. Enormous waste of money.
99% likely that's what it is. I think they are purposely not using that term.
There is no way to reliably fix that issue other than de-mating the fitting, see what is wrong, replace any compromised metallic parts, replace the o-ring, re-mate the fitting, and test it under a pressure differential at or near the operating temperature. There may be all kinds of other stuff you need to disassemble to even get access to this and all of that has to be reassembled and verified. Could take a while and will likely require return to the VAB.
