We have to watch the drop boxes closely, identify likely fraudsters and shut them down before they dump the phony ballots in the slot, use a ruse, take photographs, video (elicit confessions), etc. - TRICK them - but it all has to be done in a decentralized manner, which is exactly how the left does it.
