Actually, you are correct.
I went to high school with a girl whose father had a
massive heart attack while driving to work one morning.
He was in his early/mid 40s.
He had the heart attack, lost control of the car, crossed over the
grass median of I-295 and went head-on into the oncoming lanes.
What a tragic horrible mess that was.
I'd almost forgotten about that.
This happened over 40 years ago.
This guy had been my HS principal. Died at age 46 of a heart attack in 1979 while sitting at his desk preparing for the 1st day of school. He was apparently healthy and athletic. And evidently a time traveler who came to the future to get the vax and then went back to his own time to die unexpectedly of a heart attack at age 46. /s
