I agree. Too many Chicken Littles on this site, screaming about a blue wave and even the slightest criticism of Putin will get you accused of wanting nuclear war with Russia.
Not familiar enough with this district to say much, but if the special election went to the D by a larger margin than Biden won it in 2020... That does beg the question why.
Was the R candidate weak? Was the D candidate particularly strong? What did the turnout look like? Certainly this does appear to be a situation where there should be a GOP gain, but just because their wasn’t doesn’t mean that there isn’t a wave coming...
Anyone from this district or more familiar want to chime in on this race?
