Yes, that’s what he means. But the parallels between the Nixon “plumbers” and the FBI are very apt. In both cases, the opposing party sent its henchmen into it’s opponents offices to steal campaign plans.
The big difference today, of course, is Biden did it under [false] color of law using a thoroughly corrupt and weaponized FBI and DOJ. And sleaze bag Biden pretends he wasn’t consulted and didn’t know!
