There was a report yesterday about metal smelters in Europe, US & Canada planning to shut down due to high energy prices and rationing plans (Europe). I expect the supply of many aluminum alloys to get really tight over a short period of time. Who knows where the prices will go when that happens?

Starvation's a commie control tactic - aluminum shortages for cans will assist the panic over future food shortages. If you can't shut down farmers - the next best tactic is to allow food to rot in the fields for lack of a long term storage systems.
