LOL. So, on legally possessing a firearm, Congress changed the law so that domestic violence was sufficient to strip RKBA. Was retroactive, ruled the courts.

There is no "rule of law" except rhetoric with humpty dumpty judges. If they want to harass Trump, it legal, constitutional, etc. There is no boundary at law.

If the issue of executive privilege is not one of the issues in Trump’s lawsuit
over ‘unreasonable search and seizure’ it will be in some future court case. The issue has never been decided in a federal court. Courts could refuse to hear the case or rule against Trump. In the latter case, the court would be admitting that we are living in a banana republic. To some extent we are, but will they admit it?
