Well, the voters are responsible for the morons they elect. Then again, that ain’t necessarily true since it’s those who COUNT the votes that decide the outcome.
Every ballot needs to have "None Of The Above" added as a choice. Until then, voters have no choice other than the two candidates (and sometimes one) that the Uniparty puts forth.
