I thought Harris had to break the tie on the Democrat climate bill because no Republicans in the Senate voted for it. No Republicans in the House voted for it, either.

Granholm is trying to confuse voters by lumping everything into "bipartisan infrastructure laws" even though this was passed on party lines.
