I don’t know if he’s a fascist, as defined by a conglomeration of private enterprise and government cooperating to control the economics of a society.

I do know that he’s a traditionalist, where he thinks there was a time when Russia was at its happiest and he advises Putin on how to return Russia back to its best state, which means controlling Ukraine.
