I think he’s a legit target, because he is advising Putin to maintain the former Russian empire.

If it hadn’t been for Dugin, Putin might not have declared war on the Ukraine.

There has got to be 1000 targets Ukraine would hit in Moscow before they got around to whacking this chick. This is most likely some Russia mafia beef like most of these things. It’s just how they roll in Russia.

I doubt that Putin “believes in” Dugin’s “ideology” in any straightup way. He just pretends to embrace it, as a cynical way to garner nationalist support for the aggression his intel-mafia regime finds desirable. He real ideology is “kiss the hand you cannot bite”.

If it wasn’t for Zelensky breaking his promise to Putin to remove nukes and not to consider joining NATO, Putin wouldn’t have invaded 4 days later.
