Are you referring to the ABA? The ABA doesn’t have any enforcement authority at all and the VAST majority of lawyers are not members.
I really would like you to explain where this mythical “demonic” “lawyers association” is.
He cannot be tried without a lawyer so the higher courts can force an appointment whether the law firms like it or not or the high court will simply say...no representation then Trump free of all charges.
Trump will have to be represented by someone. He can just sit back and let the courts turn in on themselves.. I*t’s not that Trump has money or no money, if no lawyers will represent him, then he cannot be tried of any charges. Ultimately the supremes will have to rule that Trump has to have representation from somebody or he cannot be charged!
