I am surprised more chargers are not out of order and expect the percentage to CLIMB as more ham-fisted folk who cannot handle even the most trivial physical task buy EV’s.
All the charge stations I have seen are unattended, so fools and drunks/druggies trying to force the plug to fit (Whattaya mean they are not all the same?) have no supervision.
It’s all about eventually forcing the masses into using public transportation to get around.
