I remember when Prescott Valley was a motel and a Circle K gas station and convenience store. And the Jackass Inn! Met and married my wife of 48 years there.
And seeing a black guy there was like seeing Bigfoot.
Arizona’s growth has made the place somewhat less then recognizable to those of us who were there in prehistoric days...
There wasn’t much in Prescott Valley even 30 years ago when I was working in Jerome. I think the Jackass Bar & Grill is still there, though I’ve never been there.
I’ve eaten at that Wendy’s several times, but not since we moved out of Yavapai County a couple of years ago.
