I haven’t even been tested for covid much less took a shot.
I know many people that have had at least one covid shot and now have had covid at least TWICE.
Exercise, Vitamins and supplements along with some common sense personal hygiene practices have been working just fine.

What I’d like to know is what are the risk factors for the blood donation system. If a pureblood has to have an infusion, what is the risk factor for him/her? I know one thing without even getting an answer to that.... if I was to have an upcoming operation, I’d be banking my own blood.
