This will seem an exaggeration, but everything charitable and nice that Romney did was always for Mormons, so were his massive donations, the media hid that.

A large subset of those were people like me who were only voting against Bronco Bama. I didn’t vote for Moroni in the primary just as I didn’t vote for McInsane or Jorge Bush until the general election. Second-guessing ten years later is easy.
