I believe there will be NO POLITICAL SOLUTION TO THIS

the only possible solution would be a surgical strategic purge of the bureaucracy and "news" system on a massive scale with a plan to restore the constitution, so it will not happen
I could fool myself to believe otherwise and continue to play the political game of mass deception but it is an exercise in futility.

Well, then the world (our Country) that you live in will become even more dark, dangerous, dystopian and miserable than it currently is, if enough people like you choose not to vote. Especially as there is about to be a great red wave this election with or without you, thank goodness.
Wallowing in depression over the state of the world will get you nowhere; it’s action that counts, not moaning about the futility of it all. Thank you, but if I have to go down somewhere in the future, I’ll go down fighting in any way I can to the very end. Right now though, I’ll vote in the mid-term elections, watch us win them, and then take it from there. Hope you can get it together for one last (from your perspective) hurrah.
