That said, I’ve been through a hundred and twenty comments and no one is asking the question, what was the cause of your delirium?
Based on the beginning quote, I would want to know if their is something chemical in many handfuls of Advil that has the potential to cause what you have just survived.

He was septic. Mental status changes are early indication. Don’t know about ibuprofen.
