I've recently come to love hard boiled eggs. They are a super food but you need to become educated on cholesterol. My eyesight has noticeably improved and I believe it's due to eating 1-3 eggs a day. Also eat at least 1/2 of an apple a day.
I was raised on Wisconsin dairy farm.
Neighbor ate at least 6 eggs every morning & his wife did a massive amount of baking.
He was the healthiest person I remember & was very fit.
