Good points, but doesn’t address who should be tasked with thwarting the activities of spies. That should be the job of the FBI (or something like the FBI), but the actual FBI that we have is hopelessly corrupt to its very core, and unable or unwilling to do the job.

And with the Biden Gang in charge, no house cleaning is possible. So we are stuck with a security state that is directed toward us instead of foreign forces, and we have to hope that 1) voters are willing to toss out the worst members of both parties, and 2) the next couple of elections are fair enough to show the real winners? Of course that won't purge all dem judges already appointed.
