The Fox makeup people really screwed up Tulsi’s look,
fluffed out hair spray-soaked stiff hair, looks terrible.
Pancake makeup, makes her look pure haole. Pasty as hell.
In reality, Tulsi is a half-Samoan surfer girl, with a nice natural rich complexion, not pasty white. She does her own hair perfectly and usually looks like she has recently been at the beach. Which she probably has been.
