The MSM-Democrats didn’t think PDJT was ever actually President, and never accepted him as holding that office.
Therefore everything he did during his time in the White House was illegal. He didn’t have the right to declassify anything, for the simple reason that he was not the President. Therefore the documents he declassified are still classified.
Agree. Funny how they are imprisoning people for the same, justified, thoughts regarding Basement Big Guy.
But following that logic…. If he were never the legitimate president, then there is no reason for the National Archives to have an interest in the documents. More importantly, he could not be indicted for stealing classified information because he would never have had access to them in the first place. Hence, any guilt would fall to someone else, and Trump is cleared of all charges once again.
