Wade through the overly minutiaed 4 part review by The Conservative Treehouse (Sundance). Then look up the direct simplified FACT of Trump’s direct declassification powers (as the TOP security clearance of the Executive Branch, as long as he was in office). Then figure out that the DERP state wants to run everything without ANY real citizen oversite, except through the network of DC apparatchiks they approve.
Which is why they may NEVER release the Affidavit (explaining the legal predication for the “warrant” for the search- which was rewritten AFTER the raid to cover their asses for what they did not find!!). The Affidavit at this point as written on 5 August- would most likely NOT agree with the faked ex post facto search warrant, OR it would agree and they had planted evidence showing up in the “warrant” as the search. Classic dirty cop tricks way up the chain— like Biden irish mob crap. Plant the dope or the gun (a throwdown untraceable) to provide “evidence”.

The Conservative Treehouse site, Part 4 has the LETTER from Trump to the DOJ... dated JANUARY 19th, 2021 regarding ALL of these documents inventoried packed and delivered to his home by the General Services Administration.
They desperately entered the home-— to PLANT things that are not in the GSA inventory or in the attachment documents mentioned in that same letter.
It is quite a read. And Trump knows what these morons are trying as a result. He has Wray and Garland dead solid LYING and illegal as all hell.
My personal guess - and it is just that at this point - is that the issue will be not what documents were found, but disagreement over whether their declassification was proper/effective.

The point was Trump does. See the letter of Jan 19, 2021, in which the documents taken and wrapped/inventoried by GSA were informed to DOJ, and they were in full knowledge (and now in full fear) of declassified status and also redaction status, as described in that letter.
Agree- the process of declassification is merely a chosen “position” of the criminal Fibbies and DOJ. A political stance. So yeah another muddying of the waters. Levin is specific on this relative to Article 2 powers of the Executive-— and reams of prior Court cases establishing this. The rest is what the DERP state thinks should be their Byzantine power to TELL the President what he can tell them.

go back through this last week and you’ll find a detailed discussion of the “process” of declassification if the president was to follow the “rules” of the deep state protecting themselves. In Mark Levin’s posts— it’s clear Article 2 Powers of the Executive, decided in many prior cases- the President has direct power to declassify. And, he did declassify them, and the letter notifying DOJ that he had is in the Part 4 of the treehouse analysis. Dated January 19th, 2021, the day before he departed DC (on inauguration day i think, or the day he left).
