The Trump family needs to bring in a trustworthy company that can be trusted to clear the place of any devices that were set. I wouldn’t allow any Feddies in. And no way to know if they did. So if it's that important, and I would think finding listening devices would fall into that category, then it behooves the Trump team to contract with one of the commercial security companies doing business and give Mar-a-Lago a good going over. Find the bugs. Find the cameras. Lay everything out for the world to see and show the Feds up for their illegal acts.
My old roommate had lived in Russia - not sure what her father did (he was with the US govt) - during the time this was being built. Her brother was sitting on the steps in front of a building looking at a Sears catalogue while waiting for my roommate and a woman happened to see. She was so excited and agitated that he ended up giving her the catalogue and she ran off. This was during the time when they had bread lines, grabbed whatever they could no matter the size in clothes and blue jeans were black market for hundreds of dollars. There were things in that catalogue (pretty drapes, bedspreads, rugs, clothes, undergarments) that they probably had never even seen. Anyway, my roommate said that Russia required the US to use their construction people which is why they were able to get so many bugs in the build.
The cover story is that they were picking up a small quantity of items from a specific storeroom. That would take a few minutes.
