What did the prosecutor say? Daniel Goldman, who served as an assistant U.S. attorney in the southern district of New York for 10 years, suggested Trump is relaying guilt because he invoked his constitutionally protected rights.

And he is right. This is a civil case, not criminal. Different ballgame. You can infer guilt when someone takes the fifth.

You mean like Federal Magistrate Reinhart's recusal on June 22 due to lack of impartiality in the Civil case filed by Trump over RussiaGate and then finding his impartiality two weeks late in order to sign the search warrant on Trump’s house? No wonder why the FBI first denied Trump’s attorney request to read the warrant and then held it up from approximately ten feet away. Maybe, just maybe Trump’s attorney would recognize Federal Magistrate Reinhart's name and remember his recusal......

It does make you stop and question the validity of a warrant issued by the Federal Magistrate who recused himself in another matter Trump had before his court......
