I heard someone on TV this morning, I think it was Charles Payne, say that the majority of audits are of people making less than $75,000 a year.

This could be their solution for the Republicans taking the House and shutting off funding for the Feds. They will just use the IRS to collect money from the wrong citizens to fund themselves.
