Former President Donald Trump and his legal team have no plans to release a copy of the search warrant used to raid Mar-a-Lago on Monday, leaving it up to the Department of Justice to detail the reasons for the unprecedented operation, according to a new report.
“No, we’re not releasing a copy of the warrant,” NBC News quoted a source close to the 45th president as saying.
Trump attorney Christina Bobb did not immediately respond to a request for confirmation from The Post.
The report comes one day after Rep. Mike Turner (R-Ohio), the ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, sent a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray requesting details on the evidence used to justify the raid.

They are only allowed to search the areas stated on a warrant. 4th A. If they exceeded it, they can be prosecuted. Searching FLOTUS’s UNDIES more than likely not on it. Trump’s bedroom and office were their targets to plant evidence.

I’m not getting what? I’m getting old and my memory is not perfect, but when did I say anything about what the warrant contains? I said, in perfectly understandable english, You have to provide the warrant if asked for. Do I have to repeat it again?

The attorney on site stated the KGB clearly told her they had access to anywhere on the property.
As I understand it, there has to be a special warrant to go into a safe. I guess they must have that too as they brought a safe-cracker.

Funny you should mention that. Zerohedge is reporting that when Trump left office, he took with him hundreds of pages of documents relating to Crossfire Hurricane. These are the same documents that he ordered the Justice Department to release to the public, which they never did.
That’s what they were supposedly looking for, using a search for National Archives documents as a cover to gain access to the property.

My understanding is that they provided one to his counsel at the time of the search. I believe his attorney has admitted this.
Isn’t that what they’re trying to do by moving to unseal it?
“Provide” and “Gave” are very different. They showed it to her.
Court filings say that the attorneys have a copy. We’ll know for sure today when Trump responds to the motion to seal.
