I saw the video. That was no accident. It looked like some sort of suicidal road rage episode. The Kalifornia hospital where she was working refused to disclose how she was vetted. Gee! What a surprise.
Because they likely didn't vet her; she was a traveling nurse and that company would have vetted her.
