She was in LA so she probably thought blacks here are supposed to drive as if they're being chased by the Po-lice.

On a cop show rerun the nice black detective did a standup routine at a club.
“I spent five minutes last night out of habit running through the city streets from the police. Then I remembered: now I am the police.”
