If you listened to his nightly 3-hour radio broadcast you would know he’s been saying the election was stolen, that Biden is senile and not running things. He is especially hot about the Pennsylvania results pointing out that the PA Secretary of State, the governor, and the PA Supreme Court, among others, violated the PA and U.S. constitution when they usurped the legislature’s role in determining how elections in PA are conducted.
Levin has also exhaustively laid out what were the entirely legal procedures for challenging the Electoral College vote as Pence was supposed to have done. Levin disputes that Trump was trying to overturn the election because he says the count and electors were being legally challenged, that the election wasn’t close to being finalized so it couldn’t have been “overturned.” It wasn’t final to begin with because at least two states were challenging the seating of electors.
Levin has been arguing this for months. Too bad you haven’t been listening.
