I have a sentimental appreciation for the goodwill and optimism implied by your posting.
I do not expect the Leftists will voluntarily yield anything, regardless of value, nor will they permit opposition to exist anywhere they can reach. "By any means necessary" is how they achieve their goals. Misdirection, deception, and then force are the tactics they consistently succeed in using.
I believe there are no peaceful solutions remaining. The rest is just a list of unpleasant details to be sorted out.
There’s a clear financial incentive for those on the left who believe in wealth redistribution... Remember - that side gets ALL the white liberal ‘elites’... the John Kerry’s and every tech billionaire other than Musk. Lots of money to split up.
