Can that be appealed.
File for injunction against using whatever they take.
You can’t stop a warrant from being served. But you can fight about it during a Suppression Hearing. At that time you can challenge the Affidavit and the validity of the warrant. If you win, then any evidence seized during the warrant will be tossed. And most of the time the case will be dropped as there is no evidence with which to convict.
You’re way behind. There I’d no court or election to this. People either start fighting back or even the appearance of a free country will be gone really soon
Now you’re really asking for a miracle. He would have to go to DC and guess what’s sitting behind the desk in a black robe ...an evil swamp judge already fixed to take the case. Trump is in a no win-win situation unfortunately only God himself can help him and even that I don’t know sometimes I feel God is MIA. I feel so bad for him I feel so terribly bad for Trump but just say the word people and we’ll do what we needs to do ne done. I do not understand how the DOJ or White House does not have any press release or announcement as to the basis and reason for the raid.
It is a huge deal to raid the private residence of the most recent President.
Yet zero statements, press release or explanation.
