Axios.com reported Monday that photos exist of ripped-up notes allegedly found in a White House toilet that staff believed were disposed of by then-President Donald Trump.
The photos, if authenticated, would help to corroborate earlier claims that Trump disposed of White House documents in unconventional ways, raising questions about whether he violated federal laws on the preservation of government documents.

However, it is not clear if Trump himself flushed the notes. It is also not clear if the toilet is actually in the White House, or who would have used the president’s private lavatory. It is also not clear if the notes are official documents or personal ones. In fact, little is known beyond the existence of the photos.

Well, it turns out there are photos. And here they are, published for the first time.
Haberman was a repeated beneficiary of leaks from the Trump White House and on-the-record comment by Trump himself, at a time when Trump was not speaking frequently to conservative news outlets.

We don't know what the papers are.
We don't know if the toilet is in any way related to the White House.
We don't know who flushed them.
We don't even know if they were flushed at all.
We don't know anything whatsoever.
THEREFORE
We must imply President Trump committed felonies by disposing of official documents, and the DOJ *MUST* indict him!

One cannot prove a negative is the general rule. The photo “evidence” wouldn’t pass the federal rule of evidence.
Let’s see the details, including who pulled the documents from the toilet, and the chain of custody - validated location of the toilet, etc. These toilet bowl detectives need to be cross-examined about the details and their name published to ensure the authenticity of their claims. Sorry, if Kave-in-naugh’s address can be published for weekly protests, so can these heroes. If Juanita Broderick can come forward with allegations of rape against a POTUS, so can these wannabe heroes and truthful sources of information that affects the public interest in who governs the country. They should feel so patriotic and stand behind their allegations.
These “new heroes” of the left will fold like cheap, partisan suits is my prediction without the major media circling the wagons of demonkrap protection.
