Because if Russia is allowed to take and keep Ukraine’s oil gas and grain, then Russia will have a lot more leverage over Europe. And they will be incented to do it again, and take another country.

Russia needs to be stopped now whether it costs the $8b we’ve sent or the $40b Congress appropriated or $400b if that’s not enough.

EVEN if it means NATO gets directly involved to push Russia out of Ukraine.

I’m for giving weapons to Ukraine while they are willing to fight so we don’t have to.
