That's kind of been my observation for a while now, it seems to me it probably takes more effort to write such vague, confusing, or ambiguous passive voice word salad than it would to simply state the who, what, when, where etc. The reader is then left to try and reverse-engineer the report to figure out what really happened, and that takes even more effort.

Ma Deuce is great, but she’s a bit big for most bots to handle and can’t stand automated guard by herself. :P

Also, the SGR-A1’s weapons modules are available in suppressed versions so you don’t get noise complaints from the neighbors. Clearly it’s the better option. :D
