to reduce the milk surplus and therefore raise the commodity price of milk. What it
did was turn a whole lot of small farms into tract housing and raised the price in stores but not at the farm.

The average cow produces about 19,825 pounds of milk each year. That’s 2,305 gallons of milk a year or about 8 gallons of milk every day of her milking period.
Right now it’s about $25 per hundredweight in Pennsylvania. A gallon of standard whole milk weighs 8.6 pounds. A hundredweight in milk is 11.6 gallons or $2.155 per gallon.
2,305 gallons per year x $2.155 per gallon is $4,967.27 average revenue per cow per year.
Thus they are paying $5,000, the equivalent of one year milk revenue. (Assuming $1 = 1 Euro).

Strange how many very religious people cannot believe God knew what he was doing when he gave us cows/sheep/chickens, etc.

Same thing is going on in Holland. Farmers are up in arms there, the government has gone totally police state. Like Canada did last summer, and New Zealand with the Covid police, Oz, Sri Lanka… it’s is a concerted campaign by the totalitarian WEF to implement the Great Reset. We are seeing it happen before our eyes.
