Kansas hasn’t voted for a Democrat since 1964.
Before that it was FDR in 32 and 36.
College towns, urban areas, some rural counties. In 2020 Biden won 5 counties in the whole state. Yesterday the 'no' vote took 19 counties.
Total turnout was over 900,000. How many of those were independents who couldn't vote in the primary but turned out solely to vote 'no' on the referendum?
