Incredibly sad. Expected in California or New York or Chicago (Illinois). But KANSAS???
I disagree STRONGLY with the outcome, however, this is exactly what SCOTUS wanted when they overturned Roe V Wade.
These things should be decided at the state level.
I’m really surprised Kansas is a red state what gives
“Protection”.
“Rights”.
LOL.
What feminazi Democrat was in charge of the wording of the ballot measure?
On the bright side this was voted upon in the primary instead of the general election in November, otherwise Democrats would have run the table. Are people still convinced that the abortion issue is some kind of big “winner” for Republicans this year?
But let’s not give up hope, this is just one state and you can’t infer much from the results on this issue in some far-left state like Kansas. Oh wait....

People are pretty stupid. The wording may have confused some.
I suppose that the number will change as the evening goes on. But as of now it looks like 63.2% of Kansas voters are okay with the murder of innocents.
I will grant that many of them have been fooled by the propaganda of the “pro-choice” crowd. Nevertheless, they are voting for murder.
“Enshrined”.
The counties large enough for people to be able to find sex partners are voting to leave abortion legal.

Let’s face it the babies lost tonight in Kansas 😢No way to sugarcoat it.
I’m not surprised. Whoever wrote the ballet question did it in such a way as to ensure this outcome. The ballet question should have been about non-theraputic abortions (abortion on demand) not all abortion.
We are in big trouble. Kansas will be the abortion capital of the country, and God will punish us accordingly.
There is no right to abortion defined anywhere in the Kansas Constitution. This is simply the Kansas Supreme Court judges finding the same right that the SCOTUS just determined did not exist in the US Constitution. This ruling in 2015 could be eventually overturned if the activist Kansas judges eventually are replaced with texturalists.
I’m from Kansas. There was a lot of (out of state) money thrown into the race by the pro-abortion side — far more than the pro-life side. The pro-life side led a very weak campaign and advertisements on TV/radio and social media were 10-1 for the pro-abortion side. The pro-abortion folks were able to paint the pro-life argument as extreme, claiming that if the amendment passed then laws would be passed totally banning abortion in all cases. Pro-life folks in the legislature and state office did a very poor job by failing to indicate the nature of the laws that they intended to put forward if the amendment passed. It also does not help that the current governor is a Democrat, so there was no single bully pulpit to use to present the pro-life side.
They want to kill kids but if they live they drug and carve them up and rape them.
Some idiot here chastised me for not having an AR platform. How ya gonna handle hostiles? Idiot.
A bit outside the margin of cheating, methinks.
Anyone know how Kobach is doing?
