Just call it a disposal fee.
I can’t find any waste or toxic waste facility that takes anything other than lead acid batteries in the shasta area.
There might be one but I can’t find it.
Disposal is a whole other can of watermelon worms.
( I’m not anti solar ,,,, but,,, lots of issues with it ),)
