There are no “Presidential elections” in the Constitution, and no Federal Constitutional right to vote for a Presidential candidate.

The appointment of Electors is a State matter, reserved to the Legislatures of the several States.

This is the sort of technicality that will be used to reject the claims.

But, any minority claiming racism will have the Constitution twisted and turned to accommodate them on ‘due process’ grounds.

A fraudulent election is not a republican form of government. That's a US matter.
