I think there is another way. Bring the economy back to life which will lower interest rates lowering the cost of the interest on the debt. Than cut the cost of govt. and transfer much of it to the states. Than we can concentrate on paying off the massive debt given to us by the communists.
If our candidates ran on paying off a massive debt,it might be stuff voters could understand.
